When you instruct us, we will send you a return envelope to use for sending your documents back to us. This envelope is pre-attached with a pre-paid Royal Mail Tracked 48 label, meaning there is no cost to you for returning your documents within the UK.
The Royal Mail Tracked 48 service ensures your envelope is tracked once it has been scanned and provides proof of delivery, giving you peace of mind that your documents have safely arrived with us.
To ensure full tracking from the moment you send your documents to their delivery at our offices, we recommend taking your sealed envelope to a Post Office. They will scan your envelope and provide you with a proof of postage receipt.
If you choose to post your envelope via a regular post box or drop-off point, please note:
Delivery may take an additional 2–3 working days.
Tracking updates may not be available.
If posting via a drop-off point, we recommend that you record the tracking number printed below the barcode on your label before sending. (The tracking number is typically 13 characters long, e.g., AB123456789GB.)
International Postage
Our pre-paid return envelopes can only be used within the UK. If you are sending documents from outside the UK, you are responsible for arranging and paying for your international postage.
If you prefer to return your documents using a different service, such as Royal Mail Special Delivery, which offers guaranteed next-working-day delivery and additional insurance, you are welcome to do so. However, please note that you will need to pay for the cost of this service at the Post Office.
